Deborah Pae, cellist with the award-winning Formosa Quartet, will join students and faculty for a special masterclass. Pae captivates audiences with her “superb tone” and “high level of interpretative intelligence.” She will discuss and demonstrates ways to achieve heightened nuances in timbre and expressiveness through her experiences as both an ensemble member and an acclaimed soloist.
